- Please ensure to add an email you use frequently, a notification via email will only be sent to those receiving assistance.
- Please do not apply if you will NOT be home for delivery on Thursday, December 24
- Children must reside in the home to be eligible for gifts
- Late, incomplete, or dishonest applications may not be considered
